Metal barrel
Heavier, and it reads as more expensive. Laser engraving works best here: the mark sits in the metal itself and will not wear off. Usually the choice for an executive gift or a client-facing set.

Metal and soft-touch pens carrying your company logo. We match the method to the barrel, and you approve the mockup before anything is produced.
The barrel is the decision that matters. It determines both the branding method and how the pen feels in the hand.

Heavier, and it reads as more expensive. Laser engraving works best here: the mark sits in the metal itself and will not wear off. Usually the choice for an executive gift or a client-facing set.

A matte, velvety surface that does not slip. UV printing lays onto it in full colour, which is the option for a multi-colour logo or a gradient. More common on larger runs.

A pen is rarely handed over on its own — usually alongside a notebook. Branding both with one treatment makes the set read as a whole, and that is worth planning up front.
Branding
Two methods work on a pen. Which one depends on the barrel material and on the logo itself.

For metal barrels. The laser removes a thin layer of the surface, leaving a crisp, durable mark that survives both handling and time. One colour only: the metal’s own.

For soft-touch and plastic. Full-colour artwork, gradients and fine detail included. If your logo has several colours or needs a specific shade, this is the one.
Embossing does not go on a pen — it needs a soft, flat surface, which is why it belongs on notebook covers and leather goods. Where a pen and a notebook ship as one set, the usual pairing is engraving on the pen and embossing on the notebook.
Rough quantity, budget and the date you need it by. If you have the logo in vector (SVG, AI, EPS), send it with the brief.
A few barrel options against your budget. You are welcome to come to the showroom and hold them.
We show exactly how the logo sits on the pen: size, position, method. Nothing is produced until you sign it off.
Application, quality control and packing. Every unit is checked.

Cost
A pen does not have one price; it has four inputs. If you are comparing suppliers, these are the questions to ask them.
The strongest factor by far. Setting up the branding costs the same for 50 pens as for 500, so the per-unit price falls fastest across the first few hundred and then flattens out.
Laser engraving is cheap once it is set up. UV printing scales with the number of colours: a one-colour mark and a four-colour gradient are not the same job.
Metal costs more than plastic, and the spread within metal is wide too. When a budget is fixed, this is usually the first place we adjust.
Bare, in an individual case, or inside a set — three different prices. If the pen is a gift, packaging is costed separately.
Three things are enough for a real figure: rough quantity, which barrel interests you, and your deadline. We work out the rest.
Prices are per unit and fall with quantity. For a firm figure, tell us the quantity and the model.
Questions
It depends on the barrel: lower on models we hold, higher on those brought in for a project. Send us the quantity you need and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
Vector is best — SVG, AI or EPS. The mockup is quicker and the mark stays sharp at any size. If all you have is an image (PNG, JPG), send it anyway: more often than not we can redraw it as vector.
You will see and approve the mockup — that step is not skippable. The pen itself you can hold in the showroom: Chilanzar district, Block Ts, 6A.
Yes. One model often comes in several barrel colours — blue for one team, black for another. The branding stays the same and the quantity is counted together.
Better that way — the set reads as a whole and there is one packaging job instead of two. Notebooks usually take embossing and pens engraving, with the same logo on both.
