For a new employee
Handed over on day one: notebook, pen, thermos and a badge lanyard. The point is that someone feels part of the team immediately. Usually the highest-volume set.
Gift sets
Several items in one box under one logo. We build the contents around the purpose and the budget — assembly and packaging are part of the service.
What goes in depends on who receives it. Three cases cover most of them.

Handed over on day one: notebook, pen, thermos and a badge lanyard. The point is that someone feels part of the team immediately. Usually the highest-volume set.

Fewer, but better. A metal pen, a leatherette notebook, a good thermos. Here the packaging matters as much as the contents — the first impression starts with the box.

For handing out at a conference or launch. Lighter contents, larger run: notebook, pen, keychain, lanyard. Costed per unit.
Branding
A set reads as a whole when each item gets the right method. One technique does not sit well on everything.

For the notebook cover and leather goods. A quiet, premium finish — the most expensive item in a set is usually branded this way.

For metal: pen, thermos, keychain. Durable, and visually it pairs well with embossing — both are colourless and both work through form.
UV printing is used too — on plastic, and wherever the logo has to be in colour. But mixing colour print and embossing inside one set rarely looks coherent, so one direction is usually chosen.
Employees, clients, or an event. That decides both the contents and the budget.
A few options within the budget. In the showroom you can see the items together and judge how the set will look.
We show how the logo sits on each item — reviewed together, so the set reads as one thing.
Each item is branded, checked and packed into the box.
Boxes come closed and ready to hand out.
Cost
With a set, the price comes from four decisions rather than from one item.
The obvious one. A three-item and a five-item set differ noticeably, and every added item also grows the packaging.
Usually the thermos or the technology. When a budget is fixed, that is where adjustment starts — the other items move the total less.
A plain carton and a rigid box with a fitted insert are different money. In a client-facing set the packaging is visible, so there is rarely much point economising here.
Laying items into boxes is work too. On a small run it is invisible; on a large one it is costed separately.
Three things are enough: how many, who for, and a rough budget per set. We will propose the contents around that.
Questions
Yes — the sets are not off the shelf, they are built each time. You give us the budget and the purpose, we propose a few compositions, and we refine from there.
One logo, but the method is matched per item: embossing on the notebook, engraving on the pen and thermos. That is what makes the set read as a whole.
It can. Print or embossing on the box, a printed card inside — all possible. For client-facing sets that is usually what happens.
You can take the items separately. But assembling, checking and packing takes time — most clients leave it with us precisely so it arrives finished.
A common case: one composition for management, another for the team. We build both at once, keeping the logo and the packaging style common to each.
